LG 32LG5000 HDTV

The LG 32LG5000 is another budget 32 inch LCD TV. The 32LG5000 has a pretty simple design that reminds me so much of the Samsung 32R81B down to the glowing blue light when it's turned on.

Though I have to admit that even the the LG 32LG5000 seemed to have ripped off the design of the Samsung 32R81B, the 32LG5000 has more advanced features. The LG 32LG5000 has a 1366 x 768 resolution, and is already 1080p capable unlike the Samsung 32R81B which is only 1080i capable. Contrast ratio of the 32LG5000 is at 50,000:1 and has a 500cd screen brightness. Viewing angles is at 176 degrees and it also has a SRS TruSurround XT sound effects. It also has an integrated Freeview Tuner which is suitable for UK residents.

Connection options on the LG 32LG5000 includes 1 composite and S-video input, 2 RGB Scart on the rear, 1 componentinput, 1 PC input, 3 HDMI connections, and is HDCP ready. A notable feature on the LG 32LG5000 is the "intelligent sensor" which examines the lighting of your room and automatically adjusts the TV's setting.

When you're looking for a budget LCD TV in the 32 inch category, then this is one LCD TV which you should look into.
