For those of you that will be applying for the new machine readable passports, here's a list of requirements that you should bring:
- Birth Certificate issued by or authenticated by the NSO
- 3 colored pictures sized 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm (passport size) with blue background and you should be wearing a collar.
- Identification card
- Application form
Rather than going to DFA, it's a good idea to set an appointment first via their online passport appointment system.
