Infrared Sauna

Ah, to be rich and have my own far infrared sauna. Since my membership with Fitness First has already expired, I no longer have the luxury to use their sauna. I really wasn’t a fan of saunas since I hate to sweat but after reading an article that Infrared Saunas can make you burn around 300 calories in a 30 minute session, I eagerly made use of my sauna privileges.

Well, I don’t know if I’m actually REALLY burning calories, though I know for sure that I’m shedding off pounds from the excess water weight I’m carrying. However, there are other benefits of saunas even if you’re not after losing weight. Saunas can actually detoxify the body. Sweating is another means of the body to shed toxins. It can also improve your skin as it unclogs your pores; the heat from the sauna opens up your pores.

Now if only I know where I can get my hands on $2000 so that I can put up my own infra red sauna in our home.
