Thriller Books

It’s been a while since I’ve read any good books. The last book I’ve read was the Twilight Saga by Stephanie Meyer, whether I’ve considered the series a “good book” you’ll know from another post. Anyways, I usually don’t read a book unless it’s on the bestseller list of New York Times but once in a while, I’d take the risk and try reading a book based on its summary.

The one I’m contemplating on reading is Brother, a book written by James Fredericks. It’s somewhat a suspense-thriller which I actually love. It’s been a while since I’ve been into suspense thrillers. My favorites are from Dan Brown (I wonder when he’ll release his next book?). Anyways, the reviews from Amazon look promising, 5 stars from all reviewers. Brother is a legal thriller about brothers and relationships. Again, another point for the book since the last legal thriller I’ve read was from John Grisham and that was years ago.

Though I’m a bit wary of buying first novels from authors unless their novels appear on New York Time’s bestseller list, I think I’ll make an exception on this one. Hey, Harry Potter and Da Vinci Code were once from unknown authors too, right? So I guess this is worth a shot. Will fill you in once I’ve finished the book.
