Speaking of shoes, I hate shopping for shoes locally. It's because Asian sizes are pretty small and I have huge feet. To top it off, like I said before, not every shoe brand has the exact same shoe size. I mean, with one brand I'm an 8 while on the other brand I'm a 9. Whenever I'm shopping for shoes here, it's always the same, they don't have my size.
But I guess it's harder for Caucasians to find shoes here. There aren't a lot of stores that carry large shoe sizes here. I have a distant cousin who loved shopping for clothes here because they're cheaper compared with buying them abroad (the branded ones, that is, and I guess only in the UK because they have such a high standard of living there), but she couldn't find one store here that carries size Size 12 womens shoes so she had to do her shoe shopping online.
Luckily, Samantashoes.com always have her size on stock. It must be tough for her. And I thought that my size 9 is already large enough, she's a size 12! But I guess it is normal for Caucasians to have larger shoe sizes. I heard that Mandy Moore is a size 11.

How big should be your Monitor?
If you frequent the Apple Store you've probably seen those iMacs with large monitors. I think the largest one I've seen is a 24 inch monitor. I've thought of replacing my 19 inch monitor with a larger one but I'll probably buy an LCD TV with a PC in so that I don't have to buy a separate TV card.
I have my eyes set on a 26 inch screen but I don't know how good that would be for my eyes. I have tried using our 32 inch LCD TV as a monitor and believe me, when I placed it on our desk and being so close to it, I could feel my eyes getting more blurry.
So the question is how big can your monitor get? Well, the 32 inch is a definite no-no when you're going to do a lot of typing on your desktop but it might do if you have like, a bluetooth keyboard and mouse and you're going to do your typing a foot away from the TV. So I guess the safest bet would be 24 inches since Apple already has them on their iMacs.

Baby Phat
Honestly, I'm not really into shopping for clothes compared with shopping for gadgets. But once in a while, I would fall in love with a brand name. A few months back, I fell in love with Local Celebrity T-Shirts because a lot of Hollywood stars are wearing them. I've been ordering online and have asked some of my relatives to either ship my purchase here or bring it with them whenever they're coming home.
Now unlike Local Celebrity which I've discovered through the Internet, I've discovered Baby Phat in a local department store. It was their clothing line that I've discovered but even though they have Baby Phat here, being the bargain hunter that I am, I have to check the prices on the net to see if the price plus shipping would correspond to the local prices here. Well, there's not much price difference but the problem is that there are only a few Baby Phat products being carried here. On Baby Phat's website, there were a few BabyPhat Shoes that I've liked but I'm wary about buying shoes online because from experience, shoe sizes differ from different brands.
Anyways, I wish that the local department store would carry more Baby Phat Shoes and clothes. While I do love shopping on the net, finding a relative that would wholeheartedly ship the items I bought without so much as a grumble is pretty hard.

Multi-Touch Phones
Up until now, the iPhone has been the only mobile phone in the market which features a multi-touch capability. Anyone who has handled the iPhone would probably agree with me that the coolest feature that multi-touch has to offer is the ability to zoom in and out of web pages or photos using your two fingers.
Now according to cellphone-review's LG KF900 Review, the LG Prada II / KF900 also features a multi-touch, capacitive screen. Although it's still nowhere near the iPhone's fast and responsive screen, it's good to know that you have and you don't have to be stuck with the iPhone in case you're in the market for multi-touch capable phones.
The Blackberry Storm on the other hand also has a capacitive screen although I don't think it's multi-touch capable.
