So Samsung finally made an official announcement via press release that the Samsung Galaxy Spica's Android 2.1 ROM is now ready for download. You need to install the latest Samsung PC Studio 7 and open the software updater to get the Official Android 2.1 ROM on your phone.
Of course, it looks like this update is only available for European handsets as of now but I'm sure the update for Asian Samsung Galaxy Spicas will soon follow.
